The puff sleeves are edged in pretty ruffles and gathered to the cuff with a slimmer fit to the wrist. We love the super cute ties to the shoulders to add pretty detailing and adjust for the perfect fit. It has a zip to the back for easy on and is fully lined for a smooth and comfy feel.
